Memo to Jeff Smyser <br />Page 3 <br />Lighting <br />No changes from previous report <br />Landscaping <br />The landscaping plan has been modified. The total number of plantings (trees <br />and shrubs) has been increased from 248 to 430. Additionally, the variety of <br />plants has been changed. The revised plan should be reviewed and approved <br />by the Environmental Specialist. <br />Screening /trash <br />No changes from previous report <br />Sianage <br />No changes from previous report <br />Fencing <br />No changes from previous report <br />Trail <br />The trail location has been modified slightly on a portion of the site. The trail is <br />shown on the north side of the stormwater detention pond, it was previously <br />shown on the south side. The change was made at the request of the Vadnais <br />Lake Area Water Management Organization in order to provide some <br />separation from the wetland. <br />Grading /Drainage/Wetland <br />Revised plans have not been submitted. Although modifications will be <br />required based on site plan revisions. The size and location of the stormwater <br />pond has been modified slightly, this will require review as it relates to the <br />overall system. <br />
