Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 9 (FINAL) AND CHANGE ORDER <br />NO. 1 FOR THE LAKES ADDITION STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction <br />Project has been completed by Dresel Contracting, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment number 9 (final) in the amount of $91,212.46 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $1,824,249.08. <br />2. Change Order No. 1 for $36,439.08 is approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of March, 2000. <br />John J.
