• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 5C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Mary Kay Wyland <br />MEETING DATE: March 13, 2000 <br />TOPIC: FINAL PLAT - Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This request represents the final phase of the Pheasant Hills Preserve Development, <br />Pheasant Hills 11`'' Addition. The plat consists of 50 single family lots. The property is <br />Zoned R -1X, Single Family Executive and indicated as residential on our land use plan. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the Title Commitment and has had no adverse <br />comments. A development agreement and financial guarantees are in place. The City <br />Engineer has approved the final grading and utility plans. A trail connection will be <br />provided, as indicated in the preliminary plat, that will connect the existing neighborhood <br />park to the northern portion of Sherman Lake Road. <br />Staff would recommend approval of this final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th <br />Addition. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Final Plat as submitted. <br />2. Return to staff for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
