Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS - None <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Minutes, August 24, 1999, Budget Work Session (Council Member Neal <br />and Lyden were absent) - Mayor Sullivan corrected page 3, Small Tools section, to include <br />"Staff indicated a tracking system is in place ". Page 3, paragraph 7, should include "Staff was <br />directed to look at option for the building ". Page 10, paragraph 3, should read "Mayor Sullivan <br />quested the budget revenue ". Page 11, paragraph 7, the third line, "Where will it be located ", <br />should be removed. The following sentence was corrected to read "Mr. Wessel explained that <br />staff is looking at and will present an analysis for Council consideration. <br />
