OLD BUSINESS - None NEW BUSINESS Consideration of Minutes, August 24, 1999, Budget Work Session (Council Member Neal and Lyden were absent) - Mayor Sullivan corrected page 3, Small Tools section, to include "Staff indicated a tracking system is in place ". Page 3, paragraph 7, should include "Staff was directed to look at option for the building ". Page 10, paragraph 3, should read "Mayor Sullivan quested the budget revenue ". Page 11, paragraph 7, the third line, "Where will it be located ", should be removed. The following sentence was corrected to read "Mr. Wessel explained that staff is looking at and will present an analysis for Council consideration.
