• • Council Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 00 -46 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TH 242/CSAH 14 ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, together with other governmental agencies, have cooperated in the preparation of the TH 242 /CSAH 14 Access Management Plan, and WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes endorses the goals of the Plan which are to: maintain an acceptable level of mobility; reduce the potential for safety problems; promote appropriate property access; and facilitate cooperation between agencies and jurisdictions for implementing the Plan, and WHEREAS, the Plan, dated May 1999, has been completed and provides strategies and guidance for achieving the stated goals, and WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners approved the Plan on June 8, 1999, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: The City of Lino Lakes approves the TH 242/CSAH 14 Access Management Plan dated May, 1999, and will incorporate its recommendations into the Comprehensive Transportation Plan, appropriate ordinances, and review procedures. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 2000. John J.
