• <br />Council Member <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -55 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PROCEEDS OF SALE OF <br />LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2, RICE LAKE ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, the above lots were deeded to the city in 1988 to fulfill park dedication <br />requirements for the Rice Lake Estates Development; and <br />WHEREAS, a neighborhood park across the street was developed in 1999 including <br />playground equipment, swings, and a '/2 court basketball court, and trail leading to Baldwin Park; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the above lots were put on the market on March 22, 2000 with an asking price of <br />$36,900; and <br />• WHEREAS, Joe Meyer Homes submitted an offer for the full asking price on April 12, 2000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council designates the proceeds of Ordinance 06 -00 to the Park Dedication Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of May, 2000. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, Clerk- Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />5/2/00 <br />RD /Corr /Council/Resolution 0055, proceeds sandhill <br />
