• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, Department of Transportation State Aid for Local Transportation Division State Aid <br />Operation Rules Chapter 8820 allows cities to designate routes as Municipal State Aid, and <br />WHEREAS, the segments recommended to be added to the Lino Lakes Municipal State Aid <br />System are projected to carry a relatively heavier traffic volume or connect points of major traffic <br />interests within Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That existing Elm Street from Sunset Road to Second Avenue be designated as Municipal <br />State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.549 miles. <br />2. That existing Fourth Avenue from Main Street to Andall Street be designated as Municipal <br />State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.716 miles. <br />3. That existing Andall Street from Fourth Avenue to Wood Duck Trail be designated as <br />Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.710 miles. <br />4. That existing Wood Duck Trail from Main Street to Andall Street be designated as Municipal <br />State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.294 miles. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of May, 2000. <br />John J.
