MEMORANDUM <br />May 17, 2000 <br />to: City Council <br />from: Jeff Smyser ✓ <br />subject: Bluebill Ponds Update <br />To refresh your memories, Bluebill Ponds is the proposed development on Main St. at <br />Wood Duck Trail. The site is within the existing MUSA and is zoned R -1. <br />Heritage Development has reached an agreement with the House of Praise Church that <br />will allow Wood Duck Trail to be a full intersection. The extension of this road complies <br />with the access management plan approved by City Council April 24. The road will <br />serve land on the south side of Main St., providing safer access and, in the future, <br />circulation in that area. <br />With the agreement between the developer and the church, the project review can <br />proceed.
