Assuming the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 00 — 06 are approved, a Resolution designating the proceeds to the Park Dedication Fund will be presented to the City Council for consideration. Council Member Carlson moved to approve the FIRST READING or Ordinance No. 00 — 06, as presented. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. 2
