The purchase agreement <br />is also contingent on City Council approval. <br />Staff and the Park Board are recommending to sell the property with the proceeds designated to the <br />Park Dedication Fund to provide revenue for parks and trails development. Assuming the first and <br />second readings of Ordinance No. 00 — 06 are approved, a Resolution designating the proceeds to the <br />Park Dedication Fund will be presented to the City Council for consideration. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to approve the FIRST READING or Ordinance No. 00 — 06, as <br />presented.
