•
•
•
Attached is the liquor license spreadsheet that depicts the status of each license holder.
Please note that all license holders, except the 49 Club has submitted the required
information. Unfortunately, without the 49 Club's information the City Clerks Office is
unable to determine the status of this establishment. However, expectations are that the
City will be in receipt of the application shortly. The City Council may want to consider
liquor license approval be granted to the 49 Club contingent upon receipt of all required
information and that no new or unusual variables are introduced during the completion of
the application process. This is in hopes to process the renewal application and submit it
to the State no later than June 1, 2000.
Do not hesitate to contact me at 982 -2406 in regards to questions that you may have on
this matter.
OPTIONS:
1. Approve the 2000 Liquor License Renewal Applications contingent upon receipt
of remaining applications, payment of taxes and satisfying the City Code
requirements for all establishments except the 49 Club.
Permit the 2000 Liquor License Renewal Application approval be granted to the
49 Club contingent upon receipt of all required information and that no new or
unusual variables are introduced during the completion of the application process,
as determined by the City Clerk.
2. Deny the 2000 Liquor License Renewal Applications
3. Deny a specific Liquor License Renewal Application.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommendation is option 1
