Ms. Mather has complied with all of the provisions of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license, with the exception of the completed <br />background check. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 00 -61, contingent upon a satisfactory background check. <br />2. Deny Resolution No. 00 -61 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1, Approve Resolution No. 00 -61, contingent upon a satisfactory background <br />check. <br />
