We were fortunate <br />enough to have had Les Rydeen working along side Randy for the past several months in a <br />seasonal capacity. When asked about continuing with the city in a full -time capacity, he accepted. <br />Les has been doing a great job as mechanic, and comes highly recommended by our Public Works <br />Superintendent. This offer is contingent upon a physical exam, and pre - employment drug test. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Extend a conditional offer of employment to Les Rydeen. <br />2. Continue the search for a new mechanic. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Number One <br />
