• Purchasing a production truck <br />• Outfitting the truck with digital equipment <br />• Purchasing digital equipment for the studios and edit suites <br />• Purchasing or improving a Media Center /Commission facility <br />Approving the increase in the PEG Fee and the new grant line items in the Cable Commission <br />budget would greatly assist us in meeting our goals for the future. <br />Many changes have taken place, over the last year, regarding the operation of the North Metro <br />Media Center. The introduction of new staff, a marketing plan, and a re- organization of <br />responsibilities and priorities have all helped to focus efforts in a unified direction. <br />While we have very successfully begun the task of becoming vital partners of community <br />organizations, clubs, schools and even local businesses, we have much further to go. <br />Expectations remain high for North Metro Channel 15's place in our communities. With the <br />continued support of the Operations Committee and Cable Commission, staff will make every <br />effort possible to meet and exceed the goals we have established. <br />7 <br />
