GOAL FIVE <br />Establish a long range improvement plan for the "doors" and "windows" of Lino <br />Lakes to redevelop blighted and substandard areas. <br />1. OBJECTIVE <br />Attract new businesses that are complementary to existing businesses and <br />residential areas, and will contribute to the customer attraction and business <br />interchange of local commercial areas. <br />2. OBJECTIVE <br />Develop an overall architectural character that is distinct to Lino Lakes and establish <br />criteria for prospective businesses to incorporate features in building design, <br />signage and landscaping that will provide a consistent architectural and <br />environmental flavor that is "uniquely' Lino Lakes. <br />3.
