Memorandum <br />To: Jeff Smyser <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: 08/01/00 <br />Re: Landscape Plans For Twin City Fab and Marmon Keystone <br />The Landscape Plans for Twin City Fab and Marmon Keystone were designed in <br />response to the Recommendations of the Environmental Board. The designs <br />submitted reflect the concerns of the Environmental Board. These concerns include <br />the use of native grasses and forbs as surface water buffers and the integration/and <br />the restoration of natural systems that once thrived here. <br />The design of Twin City Fab extended the landscape design ideas presented in H & <br />L Messabi. The landscape designs of Twin City Fab and Marmon Keystone have <br />been tied together in common materials and theme. <br />From this perspective, the Landscape Designs of Twin City Fab and Marmon <br />Keystone are appropriate. <br />
