We have <br />attached a draft of Project Update and Resident Poll No. 2 for your review. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Continue the Public Hearing to the September 25, 2000 City Council meeting. <br />2. Do not adopt the assessment roll for the Twilight Acres 1st and 2nd Addition project. <br />3. Adopt the assessment roll for the Twilight Acres 1st and 2nd Addition project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 — Continue the Public Hearing for Adoption of the Assessments for the Twilight Acres 1St and <br />2nd Addition project to the September 25, 2000 City Council meeting. <br />
