MEETING DATE: August 28, 2000 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat, Bluebill Ponds <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION: 3/5 vote <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Bluebill Ponds on July 10, 2000. The <br />submitted final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The conditions of <br />approval will be covered by plan revisions or the development agreement. The City <br />Attorney has reviewed the title commitment. A development agreement has been <br />prepared, including financial securities. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the final plat. <br />2.
