Planning & Zoning Board <br />January 9, 2002 <br />Page 1 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES <br />I.CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:34 <br />p.m., January 9, 2002. <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Chair Schaps requested additions or deletions to this evening’s agenda. Hearing none, <br />the agenda was approved as submitted. <br />III.ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Chair Schaps requested a motion for the nomination of a Chair for the Lino Lakes <br />Planning and Zoning Board for 2002. <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to elect Jamie Schaps as Chair of the Lino Lakes <br />Planning and Zoning Board for 2002, and was supported by Mr. Lyden. Motion carried <br />5-0. <br />Chair Schaps requested a motion for the nomination of a Vice Chair for the Lino Lakes <br />Planning and Zoning Board for 2002. <br />Mr. Lyden made a MOTION to elect Rob Ra fferty as Vice Chair of the Lino Lakes <br />Planning and Zoning Board for 2002, and was supported by Ms. Lane.
