APPROVED MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONI NG BOARD MINUTES <br />I.CALL TO ORDE R AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:37 <br />p.m., May 8, 2002. <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III.APPROVAL OF MINUTES – April 10, 2002 <br />Chair Schaps requested the following correctio n: Page 5, third paragraph change Open <br />Mike to the Public Hearing. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the April 10, 2002, meeting of the <br />Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board as am ended, and was supported by Mr. Corson. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br />IV.OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:39 p.m. <br />There was no one present for open mike. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:39 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Hyden. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br />DATE: May 8, 2002 <br />TIME STARTED: 6:37 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 7:53 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Corson, Hyden, Lane, Rafferty (Arrived at 6:42 <br />p.m.), and Schaps. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Lyden and Zych. <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Planner, Jeff Smyser; City Engineer, James <br />Studenski; Associate Planner, Tanda Gretz; Bob <br />Kirmis (NAC)
