Mr. Raffel noted he would color off the elevations <br />and would have the materials r eady for the City Council meeting. <br />Mr. Corson asked if the facades could be hi ding the air conditioning units. Mr. Raffel <br />replied they would be. <br />Mr. Hyden inquired about signage. Mr. Raffel replied there was a lit sign by the road on <br />the northeast corner of the property. Ther e would also be a sign on the building facing <br />Lake Drive. He noted they would submit the signs drawings and elevations at the time of <br />the building permit. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve Ray Benkler, Car Wash, XXX Lake Drive, <br />Conditional Use Permit, subject to staff’s recommendations and conditions as outlined in <br />staff’s report. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Rafferty. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve Ray Benkler, Car Wash, XXX Lake Drive, Site <br />Plan Review, subject to staff’s recommendati ons and conditions as outlined in staff’s <br />report. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />C.CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Gary Uhde, Behm’s Century Farms 6 th – 10 th <br />Additions, South of Main St. & North of Carl St. – Section 7, Preliminary Plat, <br />Rezone, MUSA Allocation. <br />Staff noted there was no additional informati on at this time and recommended continuing <br />the public hearing to the December , 2002 Planning & Zoning Board Meeting. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to continue th e Public Hearing to the December, 2002 <br />Planning & Zoning Board Meeting. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />VI.
