PUBLIC HEARING to Amend the Subdivision Ordinance t o clarify <br />requirements for submittals, procedures, and develo pment agreements, and to <br />reformat the ordinance for consistency with the cit y code <br /> <br />Paul Bengtson, Associate Planner, presented the sta ff report. Staff recommended <br />approval of the text amendment. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />No one was present to speak. <br /> <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to table the item. Moti on failed for lack of support. <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to recommend approval of the amendment to the Subdivision <br />Ordinance. Motion was supported by Mr. Nelson. Mo tion carried 4-1. (Rafferty voting <br />no.) <br /> <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to close the Public Hearin g. Motion was supported by Mr. <br />Hyden. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />B.
