PUBLIC HEARING to consider amending the Zoning Ordi nance to clarify <br />requirements for Home Occupations, and Residential Storage/Parking <br /> <br />Associate Planner Paul Bengtson presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Staff explained a draft three-tier system that coul d be used for home occupation <br />requirements, as described in the staff report. St aff recommended continuing the Public <br />Hearing to the September meeting. Staff will come back with additional and revised <br />language for the board to discuss. <br /> <br />Following discussion of the staff report, board mem bers had a number of suggestions for <br />staff to consider prior to the next meeting. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle reopened the Public Hearing at 8:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Brady made a MOTION to table the consideration for Amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance to clarify requirements for Home Occupati ons, and Residential <br />Storage/Parking to the September P&Z Meeting. Moti on was supported by Mr. Root. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. None <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:28 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Ms. Brady.
