CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Chair Tralle called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zon ing Board meeting to order at 6: 30 <br />p.m. on September 9, 2009. <br /> <br />II. APROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />July 8, 2009 <br />Ms. Brady made a MOTION to approve the July 8, 2009 Minutes. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> August 12, 2009 <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to table approval of the Au gust 12, 2009 minutes, because a <br />quorum from the August meeting was not currently in attendance. Motion was supported <br />by Ms. Brady. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Following the Action Items portion of the agenda, a quorum of members from the August <br />meeting was in attendance and the board made the fo llowing motion: <br /> <br />Ms. Brady made a MOTION to approve the August 12, 2 009 Minutes. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Root. Motion carried 4 - 0. (Hyde n, Laden and Nelson abstained.) <br /> <br />IV.
