• Council Member introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 13 -00 CITY OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ELMCREST AVENUE RIGHT -OF -WAY FROM 400 FEET SOUTH OF MAIN STREET TO CEDAR STREET THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate the 33 foot wide right -of- way immediately adjacent to the City's corporate limits from 400 feet south of Main Street (CSAH 14) to Cedar Street with the City of Lino Lakes retaining a permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over said vacated right -of -way Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on August 14, 2000 and September 11, 2000. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of September, 2000. • John J.
