Planning & Zoning Board <br />April 9, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:39 p.m. Motion was supported by <br />Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />VII. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Final Plat for a one lot residential subdivision to be called Vaughan’s 1 st <br />Addition, located at the north end of Ruffe d Grouse Road on Outlot D, Pheasant <br />Hills Preserve. <br /> <br />Paul Bengtson, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. City Staff recommended <br />approval of the Final Plat with no conditions attached. <br /> <br />Staff noted that they had identified some necessary corrections when reviewing the plat <br />and that a revised plat was submitted to the City showing these corrections. <br /> <br />Mr. Bengtson explained that a rezone of the property was approved by the City Council <br />and that a variance was no longe r required for this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to recommend approval of th e Final Plat for Vaughan’s <br />1 st Addition. <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />VIII. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. None <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to adjourn th e meeting at 6:45 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Nelson.
