The State Uniform <br />Building Code requires a 3' setback between buildings. <br />Staff has received a letter from the adjoining property owner indicating no objection to <br />the Variance requested. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this request at their 9 -13 -00 meeting and <br />recommended approval on a 6 - 0 vote to locate the garage 30' from the front property <br />line with the following conditions: <br />1. Garage shall be located 30' from the front property line. <br />2. Property building permits shall be obtained prior to any construction. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
