The City Engineer explained the process used by the RCWD when <br />approving a request with authorization for administrative action. Staff advised this <br />practice is commonly used by the RCWD. <br />The City Planner requested the following phrase be added to condition #6: and to provide <br />sanitary sewer service to Parcel B.
