<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of December , 1981L,
<br />between ROBERT S. TILSEN and JOYCE TILSEN, his wife, of the County
<br />of Dakota, State of Minnesota; LAURENCE G. MARVY and MIREL MARVY,
<br />his wife, of the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota; KENNETH, E.
<br />TILSEN and ROBERT'S. TILSEN, Trustees of the EDWARD N. TILSEN and
<br />ESTHER N. TILSEN GRANDCHILDREN TRUST, of the County of Ramsey and
<br />State of Minnesota; and LEONARD J. LEWENSOHN and GERTRUDE C.
<br />LEWENSOHN, Trustees of the Marital Trust Created Under the Last
<br />Will and Testament of HY J. LEWENSOHN, decedent, of the County of
<br />Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, all parties of the first part, and
<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, a Municipal Corporation of the State of
<br />Minnesota, party of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
<br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATIONS, to them in hand paid by the said party of the
<br />second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
<br />Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said party of the second
<br />part, its successors and assigns, Forever, all the tract or parcel
<br />of land lying and being in the County of Anoka and the State of
<br />Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 2, Sunset Oaks,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof on file
<br />and of record in the office of the County
<br />Recorder in and for the County of Anoka, for
<br />park purposes.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all the herida-
<br />ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
<br />appertaining, to the said party of the second part, its successors
<br />and assigns, Forever. And the said parties of the first part, for
<br />themselves and their heirs, executors and adminstrators, do
<br />covenant with the said party of the second part, its successors
<br />and assigns, that they are well sezied in fee of the lands and
<br />premises aforesaid, and have good right to sell and convey the
<br />same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free from
<br />all encumbrances.
<br />And the above bargained and granted lands and premises, in
<br />the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second
<br />part, its successors and assigns, against all persons lawfully
<br />claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof, subject to
<br />encumbrances, if any, hereinabove mentioned, the said parties of
<br />the first part will Warrant and Defend.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have
<br />hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written.
