The final plat approved on July 24, 2000, conformed to the approved preliminary plat. On <br />the August revision, the width of Lot 5 decreases slightly. Lot 2 width decreases by 34 feet, but the <br />lot is still wider than the normal minimum 80 ft. for an R -a lot, and the building area within the <br />setbacks is adequate. <br />The size of the wetland and the drainage easement around it on Lo <br />significantly from the July 24 plat.
