Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -117 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had levied an assessment for improvements <br />to 510 Lilac Street, PIN 17- 31 -22 -21 -0006 for payable 2000 taxes, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate the assessment for 510 Lilac Street since <br />the assessment was prepaid in full on October 25, 1999, receipt # <br />1785, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessments should be removed from Anoka County <br />Assessment Fund Numbers. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes the following: <br />That the City Clerk is directed to make application for abatement <br />to Anoka County for the above mentioned property and to delete <br />the year 2000 assessment from the following fund numbers: <br />82876 Bond Fund $ 446.38 <br />82877 Area and Unit Charge $ 455.15 <br />82878 Surface Water Management $ 159.62 <br />$1,061.15 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any remaining <br />balances for this property for the above mentioned fund numbers be <br />removed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this of , 2000. <br />John J.
