• • • Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 00 -120 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT, 6858 BLACK DUCK DRIVE WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements on properties in the Lakes Addition for payable 2000 -2015 taxes, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate a specific assessment known as a special assessment for Lot 3, Block 3, Lakes Addition No. 3, PIN 21- 31 -22 -43 -0021, since the property owner incurred driveway modification costs due to reconstruction of the roadway as part of the Lakes Addition project, and WHEREAS, the assessment should be partially abated from Anoka County Assessment Fund Numbers: 83023 Lakes Addition Street Improvement, and WHEREAS, the total assessment should be reduced by $1,000 for a total assessment of $2,044.98. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the following: 1. That the City Clerk is directed to make application for abatement to Anoka County for: Reducing the total assessment to $2,044.98 to be spread over the entirety of the remaining 14 years. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November, 2000. John J.
