• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -120 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT, 6858 BLACK DUCK DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements <br />on properties in the Lakes Addition for payable 2000 -2015 taxes, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate a specific assessment known as a special assessment <br />for Lot 3, Block 3, Lakes Addition No. 3, PIN 21- 31 -22 -43 -0021, since the <br />property owner incurred driveway modification costs due to reconstruction of the <br />roadway as part of the Lakes Addition project, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessment should be partially abated from Anoka County Assessment <br />Fund Numbers: <br />83023 Lakes Addition Street Improvement, and <br />WHEREAS, the total assessment should be reduced by $1,000 for a total assessment of <br />$2,044.98. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the <br />following: <br />1. That the City Clerk is directed to make application for abatement to <br />Anoka County for: <br />Reducing the total assessment to $2,044.98 to be spread over the <br />entirety of the remaining 14 years. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November, 2000. <br />John J.
