COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 9, 2000 <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 84, as presented. Council Member • <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 84 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 85, Approve Final Payment, Lake Drive Trunk Utilities Phase 2 (3/5 Vote <br />Required), John Powell — Staff advised the contractor for the Lake Drive Trunk Utilities Phase 2, <br />S.J. Louis Construction, Inc., is requesting City approval of Payment No. 7 (final) in the amount of <br />$96,001.49. The original contract amount was $1,991,329.71 and the final contract amount is <br />$1,920,029.82. Resolutions have been <br />prepared ordering the preparation of the assessment rolls. State Statutes and the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter require a formal resolution ordering preparation of an assessment roll for each improvement <br />project. <br />The developer installed improvement projects to be assessed are as follows: <br />• Clearwater Creek 4th Addition <br />• Highland Meadows West <br />• Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition <br />• Trapper's Crossing 3rd Addition <br />12 <br />• <br />• <br />
