COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 9, 2000 <br />Council Member Reinert requested the addition of the following: "The City Council is very <br />interested in exploring all alternatives and wants to know the limit of Anoka County's flexibility on <br />this project including removal of the median and/or lowering of the speed limit." <br />Mr. Powell stated his desire for Anoka County to explore all alternatives. He suggested language to <br />add those two options while keeping all considerations open. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve the letter to Jon Olson, Anoka County, as revised. <br />Council Member Carlson seconded the motion.
