Senior housing has been <br />discussed. Rental, affordable and crime will be discussed further. The design will be <br />reviewed. The Council must make a commitment to mixed use and what the City will <br />further commit to. <br />The Community Development Assistant added the commitment is to a density range and <br />the commitment to passing a zoning ordinance for a traditional neighborhood <br />development. <br />
