CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 26-91 APPROVING OTTER CROSSING SOUTH 2NDADDITION FINAL PLAT WHEREAS, on April 20, 2026, the City received a complete land use application for Otter Crossing South 2,d Addition final plat hereafter referred to as Development; and WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the proposed Development based on the following plans and information: • Otter Crossing South final plat prepared by Pioneer Engineering received on April 14, 2025 • Otter Crossing South -Otter Lake Road Turn Lane Construction plans prepared by Pioneer Engineering dated April 14, 2025 • Turn Lane Cost Estimate dated April 7, 2025 • Traffic Study prepared by SSTS dated April 14, 2025 • Title Commitment; and WHEREAS, on April 13, 2026 the City Council approved the preliminary plat with Resolution No. 26-46; and WHEREAS, on May 14, 2025 the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the Development; and WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: FINDINGS OF FACT Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: (2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City Council: (a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan.
