CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-92 <br />APPROVING OTTER CROSSING SOUTH 2ND ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on June 8, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-91 approving <br />Otter Crossing South 2" d Addition final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Development Agreement between CLino, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Otter <br />Crossing South 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement <br />on behalf of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026. <br />Ro a erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
