CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-99 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL <br />EASTER SEALS REAL ESTATE LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for Goodwill; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Goodwill Easter <br />Seals Real Estate LLC is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026. <br />Rob Raf erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
