CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-100 <br />AUTHORIZING 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH LANDFORM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is required to update its Comprehensive Plan to meet <br />the requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br />WHEREAS, Landform has submitted a proposal to assist the City with the project <br />management and planning elements preparation of the 2050 Comprehensive Plan; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />2050 Comprehensive Plan Proposal with Landform is hereby approved and the Mayor and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized execute the proposal on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026. <br />Rob R ffe ty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
