CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-104 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />BIRCH TREE CARE <br />WHEREAS, Birch Tree Care, 4343 White Bear Parkway, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110, has <br />applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the City of Lino <br />Lakes: <br />1. Kris Birch <br />WHEREAS, Birch Tree Care will be required to comply with the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license as a condition of issuance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Birch Tree Care to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) <br />months, for a license term beginning within the year 2026, contingent upon successful <br />completion of all conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on June 8, 2026. <br />-T, �-' i-L-A t` t r <br />Ra Ro ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
