CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-109 <br />APPROVING DESIGN CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WSB FOR 24TH AVENUE / <br />ELMCREST AVENUE AND ROSEMARY WAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City authorized plans and specifications for the Otter Lake Road Extension <br />project on August 14, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, during the design process additional improvements were identified to <br />accommodate business access, construction staging, utility connections, and address potential <br />increases in traffic requiring the connection of Rosemary Way to Otter Lake Road and the paving <br />of 24th Avenue/Elmcrest to 80th Street; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. The Otter Lake Road design contract is amended to include preparation of plans <br />and specifications for the 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue and Rosemary Way <br />Improvements. <br />2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue and Rosemary Way <br />Improvements Project for an amount not to exceed $105,000.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026. <br />�-' <br />L t-- r� t;�� <br />0 Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
