CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-101 <br />APPROVING BUSINESS LICENSES FOR CHILI THAI CUISINE, LLC <br />WHEREAS, Chili Thai Cuisine, LLC, located at 730 Apollo Drive, Unit 10, Lino Lakes, <br />MN is being sold to a new owner that intends to keep the same DBA business name; and, <br />WHEREAS, the original owner held a 3.2 On -Sale and Wine License, with a Sunday <br />Sales provision; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Bee Thao, has applied for an On -Sale liquor license with a <br />Sunday Sales provision, and submitted all the necessary forms. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes issuance of an On -Sale Liquor License with <br />Sunday Sales to the new business owner, conditioned on all licensing requirements being <br />met including a successful background check and payment of all fees. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 8th day of June, 2026. <br />R Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
