He advised the problem with option B is it is trying to fit a <br />wide road section into a narrow right -of -way. The option will require an additional 5' <br />wide trail easement in some areas. A median could be put in place but would prohibit <br />left -hand turns in all locations except where absolutely necessary. The County would <br />purchase 100' minimum right -of -way. <br />Mr. Olson summarized the City's letter and the County's response advising that the road <br />section cannot be limited to 52' or 62' feet if it remains a County road.
