As the city clerk is in charge of official city documents, it is our <br />recommendation that Ry -Chel Gaustad be appointed the data practices compliance official and be <br />the individual designated to receive questions and concerns regarding access to data or other data <br />practices issues. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Designate the city clerk as the data practices compliance official. <br />2. Designate another city employee data practices compliance official. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Number one. <br />
