Council Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01- 23 PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLNG AT SHIRLEY KAYES OF LINO LAKES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled meeting of February 12, 2001, and WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at Shirley Kayes and Centennial Hockey Association to conduct gambling at 6810 7868 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, and WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of Shirley Kayes; and WHEREAS, Shirley Kayes and Centennial Youth Hockey is in compliance with City Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Centennial Youth Association and Shirley Kayes appears to take into consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for the Centennial Youth Association at Shirley Kayes of Lino Lakes.
