Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01- 23 <br />PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLNG <br />AT SHIRLEY KAYES OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of February 12, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at Shirley Kayes <br />and Centennial Hockey Association to conduct gambling at 6810 7868 Lake <br />Drive, Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of Shirley Kayes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Shirley Kayes and Centennial Youth Hockey is in compliance with City <br />Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Centennial Youth Association and Shirley Kayes appears to take into <br />consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for the Centennial <br />Youth Association at Shirley Kayes of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of February 2000. <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk John J.
