Qwest Rezone February 12, 2001 page 8 Section 2. A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on January 10, 2001, according to state law and City ordinance. Section 3. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from R, Rural, to PSP, Public Semi - Public the following described real estate: The southeast one - Quarter of the southeast one - Quarter (SE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section 4, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the West 10 acres thereof. Subject to existing easements and reservations and together with the right to maintain drainage ditches thereon as now existing. and The East 233 feet of the South 468 feet of Section 4, Town 31, Range 22, Anoka county, Minnesota. Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously amended. Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and 30 days after publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter.
