Qwest Rezone <br />February 12, 2001 <br />page 8 <br />Section 2. A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on January 10, <br />2001, according to state law and City ordinance. <br />Section 3. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from R, Rural, to <br />PSP, Public Semi - Public the following described real estate: <br />The southeast one - Quarter of the southeast one - Quarter (SE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section 4, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the West 10 acres thereof. <br />Subject to existing easements and reservations and together with the right to maintain <br />drainage ditches thereon as now existing. <br />and <br />The East 233 feet of the South 468 feet of Section 4, Town 31, Range 22, Anoka county, <br />Minnesota. <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and <br />previously amended. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and 30 days <br />after publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of February, 2001. <br />John J.
