CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.26-124 <br />AUTHORIZING GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE <br />CENTENNIAL FOOTBALL BOOSTERS <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota issues lawful gambling permits and requires a <br />resolution of support from the City of Lino Lakes as a condition of the application, and <br />WHEREAS, Centennial Football Boosters are making application to offer lawful <br />gambling at the Fiesta Mexican Grill and Bar, located at 7090 215t Avenue NE, Lino Lakes, MN. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council authorizes <br />the award of a lawful gambling permit for the Centennial Football Boosters at the Mexican Grill <br />and Bar, located at 7090 21 st Avenue NE, Lino Lakes, MN. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22" a day of June, 2026. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />a6 ��� ' <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
