• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -05 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE SANITARY SEWER <br />USER CHARGES FOR 2001 - 2003 <br />WHEREAS: The Lino Lakes city code, Section 402, Subdivision 402.14 previously <br />established sewer user rates and, <br />WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes city code Section 402, Subdivision 402.14 now requires the <br />City Council to determine by resolution the sewer user rates. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Effective January 1, 2001, the following sewer rate will be effective: <br />$60.00 per quarter per REU* <br />2. Effective January 1, 2002, the following sewer rate will be effective: <br />$61.00 per quarter per REU* <br />3. Effective January 1, 2003, the following sewer rate will be effective: <br />$62.00 per quarter per REU* <br />* REU = a residential equivalent connection: <br />1. Residential — a single housing unit <br />2. Commercial - Industrial Institutional REU = per Met Council Service Availability <br />Charge Procedures Manual <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of February, 2001. <br />John J.
