This is the property included in the preliminary plat for the <br />Saddle Club development. <br />The preliminary plat for Saddle Club will be considered by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission on March 14, 2001. Response to the petition will involve the <br />study of the trunk utility extensions needed to serve the project. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution No. 01 -30, Ordering Preparation of a Study for the Saddle <br />Club Utility and Street Improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 2 - Staff recommends that Resolution No. 01 -30 be adopted. <br />
