CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-115 <br />APPROVING SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 02-26 FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. <br />02-26 amending City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02-26 is lengthy, and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a <br />city to publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br />printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />summary of Ordinance No. 02-26, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for publication according to State <br />Law and City Charter is approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22"d day of June, 2026. <br />Rob aff ty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
