Mn/DOT Agreement NO. 1063479 <br />SAP No. 210-594-001, Tied to 210-114-002 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-120 <br />APPROVING LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT <br />GRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />SAP 210-594-001, TIED TO 210-114-002 <br />WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation for a <br />grant from the Local Road Improvement Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has given notice that funding for this <br />project is available; and <br />WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $1,500,000.00 by reason <br />of the lowest responsible bid; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City does hereby agree to the terms and conditions of the grant consistent with Minnesota <br />Statutes, section 174.52, and will pay any additional amount by which the cost exceeds the <br />estimate, and will return to the Local Road Improvement Fund any amount appropriated for the <br />project but not required.
